How silent conference and breakout room audio works
From first enquiry to pack-down, we make multi-channel audio simple — and we staff every step so your team never touches the tech.
Plan your channels
Tell us your sessions, breakout groups, languages, attendee numbers and dates. We map each stream to its own channel and recommend the right kit.
We deliver & set up
Charged, sanitised and pre-tested equipment arrives on time. Our technician configures transmitters and channels and runs a full sound check.
Delegates tune in
Each delegate turns a dial to choose their session or language and sets their own volume — no sound bleed, no PA noise, no missed audio.
We staff & pack down
A technician manages channels live and handles any issues, then distributes, collects and packs down all equipment at the end.

How it works — FAQs
How does breakout room audio work in a single room?
Each group is assigned its own channel. Delegates select their group's channel on the headset, so up to XX groups can share one space without hearing each other.
How long does setup take for a silent conference?
Our technician arrives ahead of your start time to configure channels, distribute headsets and complete a full sound check, so everything is ready before delegates arrive.
What do delegates need to do?
Nothing technical — they put on a headset, choose a channel with a dial and adjust their own volume. Our staff handle distribution, collection and everything behind the scenes.
